Welcome to Dear Internet (dearinternet.co). By accessing or purchasing from this site you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), a binding contract between you (“Customer,” “you”) and DigitalCampfire Ventures LLP, Maharashtra, India.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract.
• Using this site or placing an order means you accept these Terms and any future updates we post here.

2. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.
• GSTIN: 227AARFD5456E1Z6 (appears on every tax invoice).

3. Payment Methods

• We accept prepaid payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net‑banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• COD orders may require reconfirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline COD for high‑value or customised items.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmed payment.
• Shipping is limited to India. Carriers: Delhivery, Bluedart, or India Post.
• Estimated delivery: up to 7 days from dispatch, subject to carrier delays outside our control.

5. Order Acceptance, Cancellation & Changes

• You may cancel or amend an order before it is marked “Dispatched.” Email cs@dearinternet.co.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., payment issues, inventory errors, suspected fraud). Prepaid amounts will be refunded in full.

6. Warranty & Disclaimer

• Products are sold “as‑is,” except manufacturing defects covered by a 14‑day warranty from delivery.
• Normal wear & tear, misuse, or unauthorised modifications void this warranty.
• Apart from the express warranty above, no other warranties—express or implied—apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigitalCampfire Ventures LLP’s total liability—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise—shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. User Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and restricting access to your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.

10. Intellectual Property

All content—including 3‑D models, images, text, and code—is the property of DigitalCampfire Ventures LLP unless otherwise noted. Reproduction, distribution, or derivative works require prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Activities

• Violating any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse‑engineering, decompiling, or attempting to obtain source code.
• Automated data scraping or crawling without permission.
• Uploading harmful content (malware, hate speech, etc.).

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India.
• Arbitration first: Any dispute shall be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996. Seat of arbitration: Palghar, Maharashtra.
• If arbitration fails, courts in Palghar shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced here and, where feasible, emailed to registered users. Continued use of the site after changes signifies acceptance.
