1. Eligibility Window
You may request a return or refund within 14 days of the delivery date shown on the courier tracking page.
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- For damage or manufacturing defects, we may ask for clear photos to speed up approval.
- Custom or personalised 3‑D prints are non‑returnable unless they arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects.
3. Return Shipping
- If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, we will arrange a prepaid pickup label or reimburse your documented return shipping cost.
- If you simply change your mind, you pay the return shipping upfront; we reimburse that cost only if the return is approved as a manufacturing defect.
- Please pack products securely; we are not responsible for items damaged in transit due to poor packaging.
4. Refunds
- After the returned item passes inspection, we will credit the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Refunds for COD orders will be issued by bank transfer; we’ll request your bank details when the return is approved.
- No restocking fees apply.
5. Non‑returnable Items
Any product marked “non‑returnable” on its product page, gift cards, downloadables, and opened consumables (e.g., filament spools) cannot be returned unless defective.
6. How to Start a Return
- Email cs@dearinternet.co with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation email with a return authorisation number and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving authorisation.
- We’ll notify you by email once the item is received and inspected.
- The valid return will be replaced or refunded within 14 of receiving the return successfully.
