Orders and Shipping
Yes. Prices include GST, and every order comes with a tax invoice showing our GSTIN 227AARFD5456E1Z6.
We dispatch within 2–3 business days after payment; delivery across India usually takes another 5 days (total ≈ 7 days).

Once we ship, you may receive an email/SMS with a Delhivery, Bluedart, or India Post tracking link. Updates also appear in “My Orders.”
Not yet. We currently serve all Indian pin codes but are evaluating international options.
No. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we never store full card details on our servers.
Whenever possible, yes. If parts are printed in different materials or sizes, we may split them and send multiple tracking numbers.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the order invoice. Custom prints are returnable only if defective.
Email cs@dearinternet.co with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a free pickup and send the correct item ASAP.
Snap a few clear photos of the damage and email them within 48 hours. We’ll replace or refund at no extra cost.
If the parcel hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Contact us immediately at cs@deartinternet.co with the correct address. After dispatch, we’ll try to reroute but can’t guarantee success.
Once your return is approved, we’ll email the exact return address and either a prepaid label or packing instructions.
